You cancel Prime under Account > Prime Membership > Manage > End Membership.

If you have not used Prime benefits since renewing, you can usually get a full refund.

Used some benefits? You may still get a partial refund based on how much of the term is left.

You can also just turn off auto-renew and keep Prime until the paid period ends.
